Participatory mapping of medicinal plants in the Bereg region, Hungary: Local stakeholders were questioned if, where and which medicinal plants grow and if they are collected. The growth and collection of medicinal plants were related to different land cover types. Although, the study's objective was an assessment of ES, the results could be translated into a map showing the location of this provisioning service in a further step (Source: Petz et al. 2012).
